What better way to ring in the summer than with a huge celebration with one of my favorite wedding venues? This Dragonfly Farms wedding has all the classics, shades of dusty blue, southern charm, and an epic party to end the night. Carrigan, who is the event coordinator at Dragonfly, had a classic and sweet theme in mind and executed it amazingly with a group of amazing vendors.
Their Story
The First Date
“He picked me up and took me to mini golf! We did two rounds because we couldn’t stop talking/giggling and drinking, of course! Then we didn’t want the date to end so we went to dinner for some food and drinks. It was all exciting and new! The conversation kept flowing all night and we didn’t want it to end.”
When Did You Know He Was “The One”
“I knew that he was the one when we were driving back from my aunts house and I didn’t feel good. He drove and let me sleep in the car, stopped at the gas station to get me water and then was so content and loving. It wasn’t a big gesture but it was those details that made me feel so secure and I knew that was someone I wanted to spend my forever with.
He knew I was the one when he left to go home to WA and being apart for 3 weeks was just not going to work for him. Once I arrived in WA and was around his big family and nieces/nephews he knew I was the one instantly.“
