Wedding Day Tips for Florida Brides

It’s become an essential part of my client experience to educate my brides on what works and what does not work for beach weddings in Florida. And now, I am sharing the knowledge!

Planning Your Wedding Day Photography Timeline

Here’s a sample of our wedding photography timeline we suggest to all our Ardensea brides and grooms!

Making Bride & Groom Portraits a Priority on Your Wedding Day

Running out of time is the biggest reason why couples skip over the bride and groom portraits, so it’s important to plan for at least 30-minutes to an hour for newlyweds to step away and capture wedding day pictures.

Best Detail Shots for Your Wedding Day

When it comes to planning out your wedding photography, consider the little details that have a surprisingly big impact. See which shots are absolute must-haves on your wedding day.

How gorgeous is this Melbourne Beach Mermaid Wedding ceremony & first look?

Didi and Danny shared an incredibly gorgeous mermaid wedding ceremony and first look right on the beach. Their Melbourne Beach mermaid wedding ceremony was small and intimate, only including immediate family members; and just everything about this day was just perfect. These too share an incredibly beautiful love story – and are one adorable family with their three children.

Getting Hitched: The Proposal

“Being the Rock star that he is, he decided to do it on stage while we were listening to our favorite local band playing our song “Melt with You”. Not only did he plan that, but he also made these cute cards that he passed out to everyone, while I wasn’t looking, that asked people to take photos and videos of the proposal and send them to our hashtag #DannyandDidi on Instagram and social media. I couldn’t of dreamt it any better.”

Their Mermaid Wedding Day: The First Look & Details

We started out with GORGEOUS bridal portraits with Didi. To me, Bridal Portraits are so important to capture during a wedding. We had the best window light and it was such a privilege to capture Didi in her glowing state. Her red hair was so vibrant against her cream, beaded dress. She looked like a living version of Ariel the Little Mermaid!

Being a very small, intimate family ceremony, it was incredibly touching to watch these two have their first look! Danny faced the water as Didi approached him from behind, and neither could keep a dry eye when they finally embraced. Those types of moment are the SWEETEST to photograph, so emotional!

It was a gorgeous day for a Melbourne Beach mermaid wedding, and the emotional moments captured between Danny and Didi are too precious to describe. See for yourself!
